Director, Fundraising Analytics
Looking for more than dashboards? Use data to answer complex questions, influence strategy, and advance Covenant House's mission to end youth homelessness.
Overview
Since 1972, Covenant House has served and advocated for youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation. Our overarching goal is to end homelessness among youth and young families by helping them achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, tap into their innate resilience, and hone their interests and skills to forge new pathways to independence. This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 34 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
About the Role
The Director, Fundraising Analytics (internal title: Director, Integrated Data Services) is responsible for advancing fundraising effectiveness by leading complex analytical work that informs strategy, investment decisions, and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will report directly to the AVP, Integrated Data Services, and will operate as both an independent analytical lead and a collaborative partner on high-priority initiatives. You will take ownership of ambiguous business questions, explore and shape underlying data, and produce clear, decision-oriented outputs such as whitepapers, executive briefs, and strategic analyses.
This role sits at the intersection of data, analysis, and decision-making. It owns the development of analytical insights and recommendations that guide fundraising strategy across channels and programs, including both direct response and relationship-based fundraising efforts.
In a small, high-functioning team, you will need to be flexible across both strategic and hands-on work. While your primary focus will be on deep analysis and insight generation, you will also contribute to reporting and dashboard development as needed, particularly for exploratory analyses or time-sensitive requests.
As the analytics function grows, you will help shape analytical practices and may take on mentoring or management responsibilities over time. Initially, your focus will be on hands-on analytical leadership and individual contribution.
